Deciding like Jesus

Deciding like Jesus

Jesus knows what it is like to make complex and challenging decisions. How did He do it? First, He made it His primary goal to please the Father. He spent focused time in solitude seeking the Father’s perspective. Then He trusted the Father to walk Him through each situation as it arose. What complex decisions are you facing? How does your desire to lead like Jesus impact your decision-making?

At daybreak, Jesus went out to a solitary place. The people were looking for him and when they came to where he was, they tried to keep him from leaving them. But he said, “I must proclaim the good news of the kingdom of God to the other towns also, because that is why I was sent.” And kept on preaching in the synagogues of Judea. – Luke 4:42-44

Prayer: Jesus, remind me to look to the Father for direction in every situation. I want to make good decisions on behalf of those I serve. In Your name, amen.
