Lead Like Jesus’ message and mission remain as constant as the One from Whose heart and mind they flow. That constancy frees us to concentrate on how we best can connect with those who want to become truly great leaders. We have come to the firm conviction that we can best make that connection in and through the entities in which these leaders lead. Built on a solid foundation of world-class content, we are putting together a best-practices partnership dubbed CARE4Leaders.

CARE4Leaders brings together a carefully coordinated system of...

• Curriculum - What makes curriculum so important that it should be first? Simply because it is not a “what,” it is a “who”! Our curriculum is Jesus, the perfect role model for bona fide servant leadership. Our books simply point to Jesus. Their words point to the Word. Servant leadership begins, persists, and ends with Jesus.

• Affiliations - Building a worldwide community of communities of leaders who Lead Like Jesus grows out of a foundational conviction that there is a powerful synergy when LLJ leaders are connected with each other. Thus, we seek to engage leaders with us and with each other that takes the form of e-mail devotionals, webinars, teleconferences, and in the near future, social networking.

• Resources - We have available a growing range of resources designed to complement our curriculum. These are available in printed form, on CDs and DVDs, as PDFs, podcasts, etc. Most (for sale) are available through our online store as well as free downloadable content available in our Free Stuff section.

• Events - The value of leaders coming face to face with each other --and themselves personally--shines in Lead Like Jesus events, notably the LLJ Encounter. This compact leadership event is intense, interactive, and introspective. For most participants it either begins or advances a transformational journey toward greatness through servant leadership. Encounters are available at various locations throughout the year and are open to any leader. Encounters can also be arranged on site for interested organizations.
