Our Mission
Our mission is to glorify God by inspiring and equipping people to lead like Jesus. This is not a small task. We believe that God is glorified when Jesus is lifted up and when we live lives of holy anticipation of the work that He will do in and through us.
Recognizing that this message needs to be spread around the world, Lead Like Jesus offers a variety of entry points into experiences and learning that will begin the process of transforming every believer into a Lead Like Jesus leader! Each entry point also includes a section that identifies its Mission (Inspiring or Equipping); its Maturity level – reflected by the Carpenter designations of Novice (beginner), Apprentice (some level of understanding), Journeyman (fully established learner), Master (able to teach others); and Market (Church, Parachurch, Business, etc.)). Since there is no ONE way to begin the process, the numbering system is for ease of use. You may begin anywhere but begin you must!

Coaching is best described by thinking of an English passenger coach with the purpose of transporting a person from where they are to where they want to be. With the presence of the Holy Spirit, each believer has been given all they need for life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3) and the function of the coach is to help the person being coached to move from where they are to where they want to be with the work of the Holy Spirit at the forefront. Only one area of interest is investigated at a time during the 30 minute phone call.
