Phyllis Hendry Phyllis.Hendry@LeadLikeJesus.com Phyllis Hendry has one thing on her heart and mind — teaching people to lead like Jesus. Since September 2002, that single-minded life-focus authenticates the direction she gives as president and CEO of Lead Like Jesus. With a goal to facilitate a transformational experience in the lives of people, Phyllis affirms that Lead Like Jesus is a movement, not another leadership program. Previously, Phyllis served as president of the non-profit National Science Center in Augusta, GA where she led in raising more than $30 million for this highly-acclaimed interactive facility. Phyllis has more than 30 years of business and leadership experience, including financial management, human resource management, public relations, and sales. She and her husband, Buddy, enjoy a blended family of four adult children and eight grandchildren. |

Wayne Bridges Wayne.Bridges@LeadLikeJesus.com Wayne serves as vice president of operations and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Lead Like Jesus in February of 2004, Wayne was CFO of a local commercial contractor. A CPA by profession, Wayne has more than 25 years experience in both the private and public sector in the areas of accounting, finance, and operations. He is active in his church where he serves on the deacon board, as a 2nd grade Sunday School teacher and on various committees. Wayne participates in the life of the community through his work on the Columbia County, GA Board of Education and as a respected voice in many civic activities. Wayne and his wife, Mary, have three adult children. |

Karen McGuire Karen.Mcguire@LeadLikeJesus.com Karen McGuire serves as vice president of discipleship services and special assistant to the president. She came to Lead Like Jesus in February 2004 following the first Lead Like Jesus Celebration in Birmingham, AL, in November 2003 where she served as the Volunteer Coordinator. She comes with vast experience in local church ministry and denominational work and has been instrumental in the formation of several successful nonprofit ventures including two churches, a seminary, a medical missions organization and a welfare-to-work program. Karen served on several church staffs, held many volunteer positions in her local church, and is a Bible study teacher and seminar and retreat leader. She has one son and two teenage granddaughters. |
